If this is an emotional crisis during the school day please ask your teacher for permission to the counseling office. Please be aware that the form is not checked outside of the school day and please allow 2 business days for a response.
REMINDER: Your discussions with the counselor are confidential UNLESS: Someone is being hurt (you or someone else), your are hurting yourself or want to hurt yourself, or give us permission.
